Intro To Pole- $15 As a beginners course this class will condition your core and upper-body as well as teach basic pole moves and spins that will help build the strength needed to accomplish advanced moves. BEGINNERS WELCOMED
Ground Control- $15 A floor work & pole class for all levels. This class focuses on sensual floor moves to make any dance super sexy. Spins are incorporated along with basic pole moves to complete the routine. BEGINNERS WELCOMED
Torque and Twerk- $15 This class is all about twerking, isolations and spinning on the pole. This is a non stop high energy class. BEGINNERS WELCOMED
Frequent Flyers Choreography- $15 This class is designed for intermediate students who can invert and climb with ease. Aerial combinations are the main focus in this class.
Pole Fit-$15 A sensual workout that focuses on core and upper body, loaded with cardio. You are certain to burn calories! BEGINNERS WELCOMED
Rotation1- $15 This class is for those who do not get dizzy easily. While on spin mode you will master all of the spins and tricks you have learned on static.
Mile High Heel Club-$15 A sensual heels class that combines floor choreography and pole. Be prepared! Bring your heels, leg warmers or knee pads. BEGINNERS WELCOMED
Aerial Hammock-$20 This is a beginners level class. It focuses on techniques and proper terminology to help the student build strength and knowledge. Please wear long form fitting leggings for this activity.

Auto Pilot- $5 An open pole event created so you can practice. No instructor. Free to series students.
Private Lessons- $65 Shy or just want some 1-on-1 attention? Get an hour of personal coaching with a professional instructor. Our instructors will make you feel completely comfortable as they help you work toward your pole fitness goals.
Flight Series- $100 This 6 week course was designed to help students progress consistently by learning new moves, strengthening the core and increasing flexibility. Series classes are held on Mondays. One hour and fifteen minutes.
